Thank you for this harness. We have a German Shepherd that I walk daily…or should I say, I let her walk me. The doctor said ZoeyEtta’s pulling me highly contributed to a rotator cuff and bicep repair on my right shoulder on March 1, 2010. Ouch. After my injury, I knew I had to find another way to walk my dog. We both love our daily 2 mile walks, and from previous experience, I knew that she would do better with a harness than a headcollar. I had seen the Easy Walk Harness before, and liked how it hooked to the front of her chest, so I got it. She is a new girl on her walk. I just loop her leash up in my left hand, hold it to my side, and off we go. It is absolutely a miracle…it's like we have a different dog. Acclimation? The first walk was all it took. Again, thank you so much. This is the best harness I have ever gotten, and I've tried many with her.

I wanted to write to you and say thanks. On the advice of our dog trainer, we replaced our dog’s choke collars with one of your Easy Walk Harnesses. It worked wonders. He stopped pulling almost immediately. Our dog (Arlo) is pretty big dog, so this has made a huge difference for us.
Our dog also barks a lot when we leave him alone. We were so happy with how well the Harness worked, that we thought we'd give your citronella spray collar a try. I've got to say, we were amazed. We watched our dog on a webcam. He barked 4 or 5 times and then stopped and hasn't barked since.
We went from having a dog that pulled on walks (and would make himself choke with his choke collar) and barked when we left, to a much better, happier dog. We will definitely be looking for your brand name on our future dog-related purchases and have already told all our friends about how great your harnesses and spray collars are.

Walking my four year old Weim used to be a painful and stressful event. One of my neighbors suggested the Easy Walk Harness to help with her pulling. With much skepticism, I bought one. It was like a miracle!! She immediately began walking like a normal dog! Now I have no more pain in my elbows and wrists. Walks are much more productive and pleasant. However, you may want to consider changing the name to The Miraculous Easy Walk Harness because that is what it is to us.

Thank you! I can now take a nice walk with my 2 year old Lab Mix. Pepper gets so excited when she sees other dogs and people that she would constantly pull. I have tried other methods to prevent her from pulling with minimal luck until the Easy Walk Harness. I cannot believe how quickly it worked. I am spreading the word. Great product!

As a kayaker, I’m pretty strong, but my beautiful bi-eyed red merle has four legs to my two for traction, and it was quite an event to walk him, as he basically dragged me down the street. He was not only wild looking (which is great), but wild acting (not so great), and was giving my neighbors the complete wrong impression of him. I did not want anyone to fear my dog or avoid us if they saw us out walking (or more accurately – me being dragged). Wow!!! What a fabulous product. I had in the past used your Gentle Leader, but for a very reactive, sensitive dog like my rescue Border Collie Bijoux Bleux, I found the Easy Walk Harness to be the best choice – it worked like a charm. In a matter of minutes – yes, minutes – he was no longer dragging me down the street. I find that it’s a kind, compassionate way to train to walk – especially since he has been through so many homes and situations, and is already traumatized enough. The Easy Walk Harness is just a terrific product, and I've told anyone I could about it. I'm thinking next of looking into your Manners Minder.

Just wanted to drop a quick note to say thank you. We adopted a couple of dogs in October that were much younger than our existing dog. One walked great without any training, the other was overly excited. A couple months of training to attempt a “heel” while using a pinch type collar made little difference. Enter your Easy Walk Harness. Within the first use we experienced no pulling, no fighting, and less aggression when other dogs approached. It was wonderful.
My wife wouldn’t or couldn’t even walk the more rambunctious adopted dog alone, much less with the other two by herself. Now, she can walk all three with ease. What a relief! Thank you for making our lives so much easier!

Greetings, and thanks for a super product! Our 1-year-old, 45 pound chow mix, Lacey, was a wonderful dog in all ways except that nothing we did would stop her from pulling us every minute of her daily hourly walk. The more we pulled her fabric choke collar, the harder she pulled away, and our walks were becoming an unpleasant chore. This weekend, I tried walking her with the medium Easy Walk Harness, and it was amazing. From the moment I put it on her, she was relaxed and stopped pulling. She is like a new dog. One of our neighbors even noticed the difference. His dog has a metal, pinching collar, and now he wants to get an Easy Walk, too. I cannot believe a product could so completely change the dynamic of our dog's walking style, especially since we have been approaching this as a discipline issue and making her sit, and pulling her on a very tight leash for months and months. This truly is a miraculous product!

I wanted you to know that I think your Easy Walk Harness is just about the best canine tool since the water bowl! I have had 6 of my clients purchase the Easy Walk. The Easy Walk has changed the nature of each of my canine charges in many aspects of their behavior. While I still feel it is best to teach each of these “youngen’s” to properly leash walk without the help of any apparatus, I have come to believe that sometimes a bit of assistance actually makes that puppy or adult feel more secure and helps each of them learn how NOT to pull or assume that “alpha” role. It teaches canine patience!
I believe the success of your Easy Walk is in the security (much like a dog’s den) of the strapping and how the strapping is achieved. Every dog that has used it under my supervision, walks HAPPILY. There is a perceived difference in each of their steps and attitude. That is a major difference. These dogs are HAPPY! Thank you for such a marvelous tool.

Just Paws!
I have never written to a company to express my appreciation for a product until today. The Easy Walk Harness is an absolute miracle! On Memorial Day weekend, I became the proud owner of an 8 month old chocolate lab. She loved to go walking, but, pulled excessively. I tried the choke chain method; it had no affect at all for this dog. Many times I would lose my temper with her, I just couldn't figure out why she had to pull so hard. Finally I decided to sign her up for training classes at the local PetSmart. One of their first suggestions was to try using the Easy Walk Harness. Within 10 minutes she was a changed dog. Of course I purchased it & as soon as we came home, I took her for a walk around the block. It was wonderful. Today, not even 24 hours later, she's been for three walks and all were enjoyable (even with my skeptical husband.) I was quite embarrassed when my neighbors saw me being dragged down the street, now I want them to see me so I can sing the praises of the Easy Walk Harness! I would recommend this product to anyone with a dog that pulls. THANK YOU!

Lucy pulls so hard on her leash that she will walk upright and choke herself if leashed directly to her collar. No joke. She just doesn't get the cause and effect or doesn't care. I tried a pinch collar once and it didn't even faze her. For awhile I used a body harness that linked on her back but she'd pull like she was running the Iditarod. Then I got the Gentle Leader Headcollar which is recommended by most dog trainers. The Headcollar worked in that she didn't choke herself, but she would usually turn around and wriggle like a salmon on the line.
Then about a year ago I found the Gentle Leader Easy Walk Harness. I am so impressed with this product. It works like the head harness in that when she pulls she gets turned around and her attention is diverted, but unlike the head harness she doesn't find it uncomfortable and it looks like a normal harness. Sometimes after a long walk I'll forget to take it off and she just wears it around the house!

We have a 5 year old female Lab/Whippet cross. Mitzy can run real fast. She has always been hard to take for walks. No matter what type of training collar we used, she would always pull the first 3 or 4 blocks of our walk, then she'd mellow. We stopped at PETCO and on the clerk's suggestion, I bought an Easy Walk Harness. WOW! What a difference. One our next walk, she tugged a bit on the first 1/2 block, but we were able to walk the remaining 4 1/2 blocks with a relaxed leash. Mitzy would stop & sit when I would stop. The 5 blocks on our return home were a breeze. I am real impressed with this leash.
Did I mention, I am just about 65 years young.

I have a 7 month old German Shepherd who has been in training for 3 months. At my trainers suggestion I bought one of your Gentle Leader Headcollars. He had trouble adjusting to it and we had to forgo using it. I was so pleased when you came out with the Gentle Leader Easy Walk Harness (I did not want to use a choke or pinch collar.) The very first time using the harness it was like having a new dog ! No pulling, no fighting the harness. He reacts much better to commands and walking him is now a pleasure for us both. I want to let you know that when our vet said we needed to use a harness on our dog I was VERY leery. I found the Easy Walk Harness and I love it. My miniature poodle, Qwilleran was well trained with a choker, but now responds as well or better with the harness. Thank you for developing a pet and owner friendly harness.

Hi, I'm not one to write to comment on products, but I have to give you an idea of how thrilled I am. I have two young (2 years) male boxers who I haven't been able to take anywhere for walks because of the pulling. After my husband and I took them to the park yesterday I decided we had to try something. We have tried chokers, loopies and haltis and they all worked a certain amount, but weren't pleasant for the dogs because of pinching and general discomfort. I had seen your Easy Walk Harness at PetSmart on my last visit and thought that I would give it a try. I'm a sucker for punishment so decided to take BOTH of them for the 6 block walk to pick up my son from school. Needless to say, I am extremely impressed. How great it is to find a product that actually does what it says that it will! The Easy Walk passed the cat, squirrel and other dog test with flying colours. They tried to pull but couldn't. Thank you for coming up with such a great idea.

I have recently purchased the Easy Walk Harness for my 6 month old border collie puppy. All I can say is wow! What a difference this harness has made! Before using this harness my puppy would pull on the leash constantly. His previous harness would give him burn marks on his neck and restrict his breathing. We tried several training techniques but nothing seemed to work. We tried the Easy Walk Harness this week and he stopped pulling instantly! And he no longer has any burn marks and is breathing clearly during our walks. The harness is so easy to use! What a fabulous product! It has made such a difference.
